Our Story
A champion of children’s success, Dr. Stephanie Nieves is a dedicated educational leader with a passion for creating thriving learning environments where every child flourishes. As school leader, Dr. Nieves spearheaded positive improvements at multiple K-12 schools, which were instrumental in the school’s designation as a Title One school. This designation brings essential resources and programs to support the academic success of all students.
Dr. Nieves goes beyond academics to build resilient school-home partnerships. This collaborative approach fosters open communication and empowers parents as active participants in their child’s education.
She champions a holistic teaching approach that focuses on the whole child – their academic, social, and emotional well-being, leveraging differentiated instruction via lessons tailored to each child’s unique learning style and pace. This ensures each student feels challenged, supported, and confident in reaching their full potential.
On top of earning a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from NYU, Dr. Nieves holds a Master’s degree in School Building Leadership, and a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish K-12 Education. She has also studied abroad in Argentina and Spain, done volunteer work in Africa, Costa Rica, and Mexico, and holds numerous certifications.
